At VacuumCleanerMarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vacuum or accessory doesn't meet your cleaning needs, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the vacuum cleaner and all original accessories, manuals, and filters back into the original manufacturer packaging.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure all parts are present, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
